Howard "Dudley" Hartman, Sr.

Howard "Dudley" Hartman, Sr. age 97, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on April 29, 1917 in Buffalo, New York to the late Charles and Louise (Krueger) Hartman. Dudley was a member of the US Marine Corp during WWII. He participated in action against the enemy on Okinawa in 1945. He and his wife, Dorothy, who he was devoted to, came to Sebring in 1979 from Miami. She preceded him in death in 2007. Dudley enjoyed boating and big band music. He is survived by one sister: Arlene Hartman-CA and one brother: Sylvester Hartman-NY. Interment will take place at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
