Howard Vincent Belcher, who was called “Winston” by those who knew him transitioned peacefully on February 10, 2021. He was born on April 2, 1943 to the late Cleve and Ethel Carpenter Belcher. Winston was born and reared in Sebring, Florida. He attended E.O Douglas High School. He was employed by St. Regis later changed to Georgia Pacific in Lake Placid, Florida for over 17 years. Winston’s favorite past times were gardening, and watching football, but his “True love was fishing” Winston is proceeded in death by his (Wife), Estelle T. Belcher (Daughter) Latresse Williams, (Brother’s) Earl, Gene, Ford, Jack and Stewart. (Sisters) Annie Ruth, Verdell, Bernice, Nell and Jeanette. He leaves to treasure loving memories his (Devoted companion) Lillie Blaine, (son) Eddie Jr. of Desoto City, and (Daughter) Carolyn “Cherry” of Port Saint Lucie, Florida. (Sister) Dorothy Lloyd Of Miami, Florida, Mable Henry of Syracuse, New York, (Special sister-in-law) Dorrie Belcher of St. Petersburg, Florida. (Aunt) Tressie Carpenter, Connor of Desoto City, Florida. (2 Special Nephews) Randolph & Felix Cooper, of Desoto City, Florida, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
