Herbert A. George Allan, age 77 passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2010 in Sebring, Florida. He was born in Clarendon, Jamaica to James and Rachel (Singh) Allan. He was an automobile mechanic and had been a resident of Avon Park since 1965 coming from Jamaica. He is survived by his son-Mikey Allan of Clarendon, Jamaica; brother-Roxy Allan (Viola) of Clarendon, Jamaica; sister-Evelyn Allan of Clarendon, Jamaica; several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, December 3, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home. Funeral with funeral service beginning at 12:00 noon at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Bougainvillea Cemetery.
