Helen C. Salvi, 89, of Avon Park, Florida, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2012, in Avon Park. She was born October 30, 1922, to William and Anne (Hiscock) Vokey in Boston, Massachusetts, and had been a resident of Avon Park since 2000, coming from Cape Coral, Florida. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Helen Wagner of Sebring, Florida; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred J. Salvi and a daughter, Carol Ann Hawes. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at Coral Ridge Cemetery in Coral Ridge, Florida, with W. Mike Adams officiating.
