Helen Benson Hudson

Helen Ruth Hudson, age 85 passed away on April 3, 2017. She was born August 7, 1931 to her parents Paul Benson and Stella Mull Benson in Cleveland, Tennessee. Helen was a resident of Avon Park, Florida since 1958. She was a good Christian and truly loved her family. Helen is survived by her sons Johnny (Tammy) Wester, and Paul (Caroline) Hudson; and two brothers, Leroy Benson and Billy Benson; eleven grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Calvin Hudson, two children, Debbie Bennett and Randy Hudson, and also by her siblings, Jimmy Benson, Charles Benson and Kay Smith. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Stephenson Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, Florida and the funeral service will be graveside at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Avon Park at 3:00 pm Friday.
