Harold John Nash

Harold John Nash, age 82, passed away on June 25, 2015 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on February 14, 1933 in Lakeside, MI to the late Stanley and Anne June (Weider) Nash. Harold had been a resident of Avon Park since 2002 having come from Three Oaks, MI. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. After serving in the military Harold worked for Clark Equipment Company for 19 years and then joined E.R. Carpenter as a semi-truck driver for 15 years. Harold attended the Avon Park Lakes Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife: Vida L. Nash of Avon Park, daughter: Susan (Dave) Snook of Ashville, N.C., son: Steven (Christine) Nash of Stillwater, Minn, sister: Barbara LaBadie of Streamwood, IL, brother: Stanley (Joan) Nash of McCordsville, IN, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the Avon Park Lakes Baptist Church in Avon Park, FL with a Memorial to follow at 11 a.m.
