HAROLD WAYNE DRAKE Harold Wayne Drake passed away unexpectedly at his home in Sebring, Florida on October 24, 2012. Harold was born March 23, 1934 in Kellerton, Iowa to the late Loren &Velma (Hailey) Drake. He attended elementary schools in that area and graduated from Arispe Iowa High School. He was passionate about music and played the trumpet as the leader of his bands in Southwest Iowa for many years. He made a living as a shoe store salesman and manager and then later, as a small business owner, owned and operated several different shoe stores in Iowa and Florida, including Lloyd's Shoes in Sebring. He is survived by three children, son, Michael, Castle Pines, Colorado, daughter, Deborah Bohn, Naples, Florida and daughter, Pamela (Bobby) Wyatt, Naples, Florida, 3 grandsons, 3 grand-daughters and 5 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and sister Juanita (Donald) Clause, brother, Lloyd (Kay) Drake and brother, Tom (Barb) Drake. He was a member of the Sebring Eagles Club, Amvets, American Legion & VFW Men's Auxilliary. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home Chapel followed at noon by a service at the Eagles Club in Sebring.
