Harlan B. Pierce

Harlan B. Pierce, of Sebring, FL, passed away on Monday June 2, 2025 at the age of 78. He was born on October 21, 1946 in Haverill, Massachusetts to the late Charles and June Pierce.

A proud veteran, Harlan served his country with honor by being a member of the United States Army during the Vietnam War, being stationed in Germany. Harlan was also a member of the Rotary, and had been a part of the Boy Scouts as a scout master and an assistant scout ranger for over 50 years. When Harlan wasn’t helping out with scouts, you could find him reading a good book, enjoying the great outdoors, watching sports (especially the Bruins), or playing with his dogs. Harlan was a courageous man, and will be remembered by all those who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his sister Linda (Edward) Schillberg (Sebring, FL); his nephews Shawn Schillberg (Attleboro, MA), Edward (Ashley) Schillberg Jr. (Norton, MA), and Michael (Sarah) Schillberg (Norton, MA). He is also survived by his many great grandnieces and grandnephews; Jason Schillberg, Kayla Schillberg, Ella Schillberg, Jenna Schillberg, Dillon Schillberg, Tyler Schillberg, and Aubrey Schillberg. Harlan is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Paul Boyd Sr.
