JERRY DUANE KAY Jerry Duane Kay, 68, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2010, in Sebring. He was born December 2, 1941, to Lawrence P. and Freda D. (Rickel) Kay, in Warsaw, Indiana, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1985, coming from Warsaw. He was employed in maintenance for the telephone industry and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the Shriners; enjoyed flying model airplanes, car racing and spending time with family and friends. Mr. Kay is survived by his wife of 38 years, Jo Anne Kay of Sebring; daughter, Heather Kay, Sebring; brother, Ronald (Jeannette) Norman, Warsaw, IN; two grandsons, Danny and Matthew and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Donna Jean Leever. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring. Funeral services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 in the Stephenson-Nelson Chapel, Pastor Mike Adams officiating.
