Gwendolyn Albright

Gwendolyn Albright, age 76, of Avon Park, Fl passed away on Friday, August 23, 2019 in Lake Placid, Fl. Gwendolyn was born on June 21, 1943 in Chicago Ill to parent’s Will and Gwendolyn Edwards and had been a resident of Avon Park since 2013 coming from Marianna, Ar. Gwendolyn never met a stranger and had an abundance of friendship’s, loved music, reading, shopping , cleaning, walking and running.   Surviving are her children Shawn Thorton, Stephen Thorton and Ron Thorton-sister Candy Edwards and brothers Leatis Edwards and Jerry Edwards and 6 Grandchildren. Gwendolyn was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Albright, a son Ernest Vaughn and daughter Darthula Vaughn.
