Guadalupe Alvarez, 58 years old, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2014 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on September 17, 1955 in Mexico to Esteban and Charlota (Lopez) Alvarez. Guadalupe came to Florida in 1974 from Mexico. He enjoyed working in the yard, helping others, and spending time with family; especially his grandchildren. Guadalupe is survived by his wife: Jessie (Wilkes) Alvarez, his mother: Charlota Lopez in Mexico, son: Justin Guadalupe Alvarez, step-sons: Joe Goins (Ira) of Sebring, Richard Goins of Avon Park, step-daughter: Kyna Page (Eric) of Avon Park, twelve brothers and sisters, and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday September 11, 2014 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, FL.
