Gordon C. Armstrong

Gordon C. Armstrong, age 93, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 in Sebring, FL. He was born on May 9, 1928 in Bedford County, TN to John and Genia (Thomas) Armstrong. He worked as a boilermaker in the Iron and Steel Industry, attended Independent Baptist Church of Sebring, proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, and has been a resident of Sebring since 1997, coming from Chattanooga, TN. He is survived by his loving daughter -Melinda Armstrong Hoggatt (Rob) of Avon Park, FL. Surviving are also 2 grandchildren – Cole and Cale and 1 great grandchild - Sirus. He was preceded in death by his parents.  Burial will take place at Sarasota National Cemetery at a later date.
