Gloria M. Ritenour

Gloria “Linda” Malinda Ritenour, age 76, of Avon Park, Florida passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in her home. She has been a lifelong resident of Avon Park, Florida, born here to her late parents Claude Welch and Hoyte (Martin) Welch.

Linda was a very hard worker. She loved reading romance novels, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was always up for a long ride through the woods. Linda will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in passing by her parents, Husband; Marvin (Charlie) Ritenour, daughter; Malinda Revels, and son; William “Billy” Revels.

She is survived by her daughter; Angela Revels, son; Richard Revels, stepsons; Randall Ritenour, Rick Ritenour, brother; Jerry Lee Welch, Sr., seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Avon Park, Florida, with family receiving friends for visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m.

Committal services will follow at Bougainvillea Cemetery in Avon Park, Florida.
