Glenn Clarence Parman, age 93, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2014 in Sebring, Florida. He was born in 1921 in Lindsay, Ohio to the late Harmon and Luella Anna Parman. Glenn had been a resident of Sebring since 1984 coming from Mt. Vernon, Ohio. He was a member of the Army Air Corp and served during World War II. He was very proud of the fact that he was an aircraft mechanic and then becoming a pilot of a B-17 aircraft. He loved flying, golfing, gardening, jigsaw puzzles and especially spending time with his family and friends. He truly enjoyed his friends in Sebring and around the country. Glenn was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church of Sebring. Glenn is survived by one son: David Parman (Julie)- San Ramon, CA, four daughters: Linda Parman-Spokane, WA; Joyce Koch (Mark)-Broomfield CO; Barbara Clevenger (Dan Hursh)-Birmingham, MI and Beth Bartter-Portland, OR, one brother: Robert Parman (Hazel)-Fremont, OH, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will take place in Sebring at a later date. A funeral service and interment will take place in Seville, Ohio.
