Gladys Sapp Beatty

Gladys Sapp Beatty, 86, of Gainesville, FL, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017, surrounded by her husband and two children. She was born to the late Elonzo B. and Florida Viola (Jones) Sapp on November 9, 1930, in Gainesville, FL. She moved to Sebring, FL in 2014, coming from Ocala. She was of the Baptist faith and a school teacher by trade for almost 40 years. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, James C. Beatty; Daughter: Kelley B. Babcock-Boynton Beach, FL; Son: Clifford (Dan) Beatty- Stuart, FL and four grandchildren. There will be a memorial service held at a later date in Clewiston, FL, where she and her husband lived for 26 years.
