Gertrude K. Huckins

GERTRUDE K. HUCKINS Gertrude K. Huckins, 86, of Lake Placid, Florida, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2010, in Lake Placid. She was born October 24, 1923 to William T. and Edith (Stone) Kirkland, in Quincy, Massachusetts, and had been a resident of the area since 1986, coming from Port St. Lucie, FL. She had been a bookkeeper and attended Southside Baptist Church. Mrs. Huckins was interred next to her late husband, Alfred W. Huckins, at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
