Georgette Ducharme

Georgette Ducharme, age 95, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017 in Sebring, Florida. She was preceded by the love of her life, Andre Pierre Ducharme. She was born February 20, 1922 in Lowell, Massachusetts to the late Armand and Alice (Gill) Ducharme. Georgette moved to Sebring in 1984 from Suncook, NH. She was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church. Georgette was a strong woman, strong in opinion and personality, strong in faith, and strong in the love of her family. The strength she drew from her faith and from the love of her family aided her in continuing to live independently for 94 years of her life. It was that strength that enabled her to see her 95th birthday. Survivors include her sister Gabriel Gonzalez; her children: Frank (Itsia) Ducharme of Sebring FL, George(Amparo) Ducharme of North Port FL, and Ray (Clara) Ducharme of Manchester, NH; her grandchildren: Brian (Stephanie) Ducharme, Lisa (bill) Martineau, Kevin Ducharme, Jennifer (Gary) Noel-Bell, Kimberly (Jason) Smith, and Kristian (Lupita) Ducharme. Along with her parents, Georgette was preceded in death by her husband: Andre Pierre Ducharme and her daughter in law Audrey Ducharme. There will be a funeral service on Friday, March 3, 2017, 4:00 PM, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with W. Mike Adams officiating. She will be rejoined with her husband of 60 years at the Saint Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Allenstown, NH. There will be a celebrating of life in Allentown NH on March 23, 2017.
