George Krain

George Krain, age 90 passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017 in Sebring, Florida. He was born April 16, 1926 in Allentown, Pennsylvania to the late John and Helen (Demshaw) Krainiak. Mr Krain was a veteran proudly serving with the United States Navy during WWII. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #1058 in Marathon, FL. He moved to the Sebring area in 1997 from Big Pine Keys, FL and was of the Russian Orthodox faith. Survivors include his wife: Miriam Krain; children: John Krain- Tavares, FL, Helen Machado-Hialeah, FL; step-children: Tim Waldron-Folsom, CA, Donna Davis-Cairo, GA, Janice (George) Ringo-Waldo, FL, Denise Simpson; step-granddaughter: Layla (Craig) Corley; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his two sons: George Krain and Michael Krain. His body will be interned at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, FL.
