George A. Herman, age 87, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2016 in Sebring, Florida. He was born May 13, 1929 in Covington, New York and spent his career as a farmer raising Black Angus Cattle which he thoroughly enjoyed. He truly loved his wife Barbara, and they had a wonderful life together. Survivors include his beloved wife, Barbara Herman of Sebring, FL; sister, Bette Schmidt-NY and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. George was preceded in death by his parents: Arthur and Lillian Herman; sisters: Elaine Hepler, Iva McCracken and Alice McGrane. .
