George William Campbell

GEORGE WILLIAM CAMPBELL George W. Campbell, 83, of Sebring, Florida, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2011, in Sebring. George was born in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania to Dr. Joseph and Loretta Campbell on February 20, 1928. He was a veteran of the United States Marines and retired from Prudential Insurance Company in 1989 after 26 years. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph Campbell and James Campbell and his sisters, Rita Johnson and Loretta Campbell. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lillian Campbell and his children, Catherine Manthey (Robert), Alpharetta, GA; Tracey Rago (Jeff), McDonald, PA and George Campbell, Brentwood, TN. He is also survived by his grandson, Chad Manthey; sisters, Catherine Evers (Wally) and Virginia Schill. A Memorial Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Avon Park, FL.
