Fredda "Samantha" Lou Bishop

Fredda Lou “Samantha” Bishop, age 92, passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021 in Sebring, FL.  She was born March 12, 1929 in Akron, OH to Paul and Louana (Gilliam) Poore.  She was a resident of Sebring, FL for close to 33 years, coming from Pelham, Tennessee.  She was a member of Avon Park Lake Baptist Church. Samantha is survived by her children - Fred Daryl Bishop (Linda) and William A Bishop Jr.; Brother - Paul Poore who is also a longtime resident of Sebring, FL. She is also survived by her four Grandchildren – Heather, Julie, David, Samantha; and eight Great Grandchildren.  A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, FL, with Reverend George Hall officiating.
