Fred Andrew Cooper, Sr.

age 76, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013 in Sebring, Florida. Mr. Cooper was born in Illinois to Clarke Raymond and Dorothy Lucille (Cisco) Cooper, Sr. Mr. Cooper was a Civil Engineer Heavy Equipment Operator, he was retired from the United States Air Force, he was a member of the Elks, VFW and was a very giving person. He is survived by his children-Fred Andrew Cooper, Jr. (Savon) of Sebring, Florida, David Lee Cooper of Sebring, Florida and Marsha Tapler (Leo) of North Carolina; 8 brothers and sisters; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, Florida.
