Frank Thomas Tharp, age 50, born on October 31, 1973, in Somers Point, NJ, passed away on February 20, 2024, in Sebring, Florida. He was the beloved son of Franklin Tharp and Anita (Weber) Tharp.
Frank, known for his laid-back and relaxed personality, was a loving husband to Samantha Tharp. He was also a devoted father to his children, sons Alexander Clute and David Murray
(Hannah), and daughter Erica Murray, all of Sebring, FL. Frank is survived by his brother, Edward Russell Tharp, and sister-in-law Susan, of New Jersey. Additionally, he leaves behind four cherished grandchildren – Christopher Murray, Kaylee Dolman, Riley Headley, Jayden Murray and one more on the way.
Throughout his life, Frank found joy in simple pleasures. He worked as a cook and spent his free time indulging in his hobbies and interests. He loved watching TV, with a particular affinity for MASH and paranormal shows. He shared his passion for video games and fishing with his family, creating lasting memories with those he held dear. An avid horror movie fan, Frank's enthusiasm for the genre brought excitement and entertainment into his life.
Frank was an active member of the community and attended Highlands Community Church. Having relocated from New Jersey in 2000.
Our memories will forever live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those who were fortunate enough to have known him. May he rest in peace.
