Francisco Guadalupe, Jr.

Francisco Guadalupe, Jr. passed away on October 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 5, 1941 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to the late Francisco and Christina Guadalupe. He moved to Sebring, Florida in 1997. Francisco was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing, reading his Bible, and served as a Sunday School teacher and preacher.  Francisco is survived by his loving wife, Nydia Sanchez Guadalupe; his daughter, Rachel Guadalupe (Brennan) of Avon Park, Florida; his sons, Francisco Guadalupe of Brooklyn, New York, Ricardo Guadalupe of Cary, North Carolina, Edward Guadalupe of Long Island, New York, and Sergio Guadalupe of Orlando, Florida. He is also survived by his sister, Iris Ortiz; his brothers, Peter Guadalupe and George Guadalupe; and seven grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral in Sebring, FL Monday, October 20, 2025, with a visitation starting at 5 pm, with a service to begin at 7 pm. Military Honors and burial will take place at Sarasota National Cemetery on Tuesday 10/21/2025 at 12:30 pm.
