FRANCIS ALLEN RALEY Francis Allen Raley, 64, of Boone, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2012, in Sebring, Florida. He was born April 9, 1947, to Francis H. and Iris (Jones) Raley in Columbia, SC; was a former resident of Sebring and had been a resident of Boone since 1997, moving there from Charlotte, NC. He was a Network Engineer for Homeland Security and enjoyed politics and current events. He is survived by his wife, Jun Wu Raley of Boone; parents, Francis and Iris Raley of Sebring; sister, Gwen Raley, Atlanta, GA and brothers, Stan (Debby) Raley, Bradenton, FL and Bill (Linda) Raley, Hickory, NC. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home Chapel in Sebring, with Rev. A.C. Bryant officiating. The family will receive friends the hour preceding the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Avon Park, FL, will be immediately following the service.
