Francine Sandy Graham, age 71, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016 in Avon Park, FL. She was born on May 20, 1945 in Augusta, GA to the late Ira and Catherine (Latimer) Forston. Francine had been a resident of Avon Park for five years having come from Morrisville, PA. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witness in Avon Park. Francine is survived by her children: Benton Graham; Gladys Brow; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son: Artis Graham, Jr.
