FRANCES NEUMAN Frances Neuman, 95, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013, at home. She was born August 3, 1917 to Charles Ramsey and Margaret (Bracco) Ramsey in Pittsburgh, PA and retired in 1977 from K-Mart. She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Heisey of Sebring; two sons, Wayne Neuman and his wife Marlene of Sebring and Ron Neuman and his wife Cheryl of Mesa, AZ; sister, Jean Redman of Lake Placid, FL; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
