Frances Janet Lynch, age 76, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2025, in Sebring, Florida. She was born on January 31, 1949, in Vineland, New Jersey, the daughter of Thomas Raymond Jr. and Carol (Garrison) Orr.
Francis resided in Naples, Florida, before coming to the Sebring area, where she previously worked in the retail industry. She was a proud member of VFW Post 4300 and enjoyed volunteering in her community. She was known for her warm, social nature and her lively spirit touched the lives of many.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Donna Crain; grandchildren Kiana Crain and Corey Crain; great-grandchildren Keelan Jade Heath and Bradley Scott Thomas Crain; and a sister, Maryann Smith (James) of North Carolina.
