Frances Pinzon Lugo, 87, returned to her heavenly home on November 26, 2015 after a valiant battle with Alzheimer's. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle that ultimately gave her peace. Frances was born to the late Francisco and Clementina Pinzon in Manatí, Puerto Rico on November 8, 1928. She was immersed in the Catholic community that would be her lifelong support from an early age. She graduated college with a degree in Radiology and accepted a position at Walker Memorial in 1973 where she would become the Director of radiology. Frances was blessed with a large and loving family. Frances is survived by her daughter Liz Oliveros; her son in law Dr. Fabio Oliveros; her grandchildren Andres Oliveros, Wanda Durvasula, Stephanie Oliveros; and great grandchildren Kiran, Avani, Maya, Panguitch, and Roberto Jr. Frances Pinzon Lugo will have a Mass in her honor at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church on December 2nd at 10:00 am. Father Leo will officiate the service, with the burial to follow at the Catholic Calvary Cemetery in Clearwater, FL at 2:00 p.m. The Family gratefully asks for prayers during this difficult time.
