Frances A Frazier

Frances A. Frazier, age 89, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2015 in Avon Park, FL. She was born on October 21, 1925 in Cincinnati, OH to the late W. Morse and Elizabeth (MacDonald) Hicks. Frances had been a resident of Avon Park since 1985 having come from Orlando, FL. She is survived by her daughter: Elizabeth Frazier of Avon Park and several nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by her husband: Robert Ernest Frazier. A funeral service officiated by: Pastor Greg Ratliff will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 13, 2015 at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park.
