He is survived by his children: Robert Torres, Stephanie Torres, Barbara Torres all of Sebring, FL; parents: Silverio and Maria Dolores Torres; siblings: Candelaria Torres of Mexico, Maria Luisa Torres of Lake Placid, FL, Carmela ( Hector) Martinez of Frost Proof, FL, Diana ( Donato Pineda) Torres of Lake Placid, FL, Luis M. (Nina) Torres of Lake Placid, FL, Faviana Torres of Avon Park, FL. Felipe loved music, he had a band, going fishing, gardening, but he loved his family and friends most of all.
