Evelyn Pauline Stark, age 74, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2016 in Sebring, Florida. She was born on December 11, 1941 in Plato, Kentucky. She lived in New York and spent her career as an EMT for 19 + years in Ravena. She moved to Sebring in 2000 and was a Catholic by faith. Survivors include her husband: Thomas Stark, son: Donald Hotaling and daughter: Dianna Hotaling Wilson, grandchildren: Cassandra Rousayne; Donald Hotaling, III; Christopher Hotaling, Taylor Hotaling and Troy Livengood.
