Evelyn Rapp, 84, of Zolfo Springs, Florida passed away on November 5, 2025 peacefully surrounded by her family. She was born September 14, 1941 in Pine Mountain, Kentucky, to the late Chad Turner and Agnes Collins. Evelyn was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Evelyn's life was marked by her unwavering faith and love for her family. She was of the Methodist faith, where she found solace and strength in her daily Bible readings. Her love for her family was evident in all that she did, and she will be deeply missed by her children, Debra Gover of Sebring, Florida, and Donald Rapp of Zolfo Springs, Florida as well as her sister, Wanda Pack of Piqua, Ohio.
Evelyn's roots in the rural Kentucky instilled in her a love for the land and a fascination with antique farm tractors, a passion she cherished throughout her life. Her marriage to the late Robert Lee Rapp, also a farmer, was a true partnership, and she often spoke of him as the love of her life.
In addition to her husband, Evelyn is predeceased by her parents and her son, William Douglas Rapp. William leaves behind his loving widow, Bonnie Rapp.
Evelyn is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild, who will all cherish the memories of her love, guidance, and unwavering support. Her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched, and she will be deeply missed.
