Eunice C. Hazelton

Eunice C. Hazelton, 86, died April 23, 2018, at home in Sebring under the care of Vitas Hospice.  She was born August 3, 1931, the child of Everett Harrington and Alice Howe Harrington, in South Haven, Michigan.  She married M. Jay Hazelton June 26, 1949.  Their children, Daniel E. Hazelton (Mary), Kirkwood, MO; and Cynthia Hazelton, Indianapolis, IN, survive.  Other survivors include nieces and nephews and their families.  She was predeceased by her husband, Jay, her parents, her brothers, Dennis and Frank Harrington.

Eunice and Jay moved to Sebring in 1983 becoming members of Spring Lake Presbyterian Church, where both were actively involved with Eunice serving as the church secretary until 2001 when she retired.  Eunice enjoyed reading, jigsaw puzzles and her computer.

A memorial service will be held at Spring Lake Presbyterian Church May 12, 2018, at 11 AM with inurnment in the church memorial garden.

Memorial gifts to Spring Lake Presbyterian Church, 5887 U.S. Highway 98, Sebring, FL 33876, will be used for the food pantry ministry which Eunice supported.
