Eugene Adam Lewis

Eugene Adam Lewis, age 15 passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2012 in Avon Park, Florida. He was born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky to Eugene Arden Lewis, Jr. and Elizabeth Anne (Laurence) Lewis. He enjoyed playing video games, soccer and spending time with his family and friends, he had been a resident of Avon Park since 2012 coming from West Salem, Wisconsin. He is survived by his parents-Arden Lewis (Patricia) of Avon Park, Florida and Elizabeth Lewis (Jeffrey Banks) of West Salem, Wisconsin; paternal grandparents-Gene Lewis, Sr. (Phyllis) of Avon Park, Florida; maternal grandmother- Rita Laurence of Marlboro, Massachusetts; sisters-Dana, Andrea, Melody and Alexandra; many uncles, aunts and cousins.
