Eugene Delmar Howe

It is with great sadness that the family of Eugene Delmar Howe announces his passing on September 17, 2021 at the age of 91 years. Eugene served his country in the U.S. Army from 1950-1953 during the Korean War. He was a Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Fargo for 25 years. He was of the Lutheran faith; Eugene and his wife Evelyn moved to Sebring, FL in 2012, from North Dakota.

Eugene will be lovingly remembered by his family Nancy daughter-in-law, son Gerald (Carolee) and daughter Julie (Russ). Granddaughters Nicole Very (Wayne) & Kiara Larson (V.J.) and two great grandsons Trevor & Jacob Larson and two great great-grandchildren Liam and Elliana. Sister-in-laws, Deloris, Marian, Sonja (Eldon), Ruth (Tim), Karen (Tom) and Carolyn, and brother-in-law Donald (Mary) and several nieces and nephews.

Eugene is preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Laura his wife Evelyn, sons Ernie and Bruce, brothers Warren and Dale, sisters-in-law Cecilia and Martha, and his brothers-in-law Wilbert, Cal, and Alvin.

A celebration of Eugene’s life will be held at Living Word Lutheran Church 710 46 ^th Ave. NE Minot, ND on Saturday, May 14 ^th at 11:00 am. A private ceremony will be held at the National Veterans Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
