Ethel Fay Johnson

Ethel Fay Johnson, age 77, of Avon Park, FL passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021.  She was born January 23, 1944 in Hardee County, FL to Reuben and Leola (Whidden) McQuaig.  She was a Homemaker, of Pentecostal Faith, and has been a lifelong resident of Hardee County, FL.  She is survived by her Daughter – Teresa Alderman (Jody) of Ft. Meade, FL; Sons – Stanley Layport (Martina) of Alma, GA; Thomas Johnson of TX; Sisters – Jonnie Bell of Arcadia, FL; Eileen of FL; Ina of Arcadia, FL; Diane of Ft. Meade, FL; Emma of Wauchula; 9 Grandchildren; and 9 Great Grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her Parents; Children – Lori; William; Lisa; Brothers – J.D.; Bill; Sisters – Kathryn and Mary.  Visitation will be held Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Avon Park.
