ETHEL GRAYBER Ethel Grayber, 97, of Lake Placid, Florida, passed away Monday, June 20, 2011, in Sebring. She was born February 24, 1914, to Louis and Fannie (Katz) Hirschlag in New York, NY, and had been a resident of Lake Placid since 2008, coming from Asheville, North Carolina. She had resided at Southern Lifestyle in Lake Placid. She was a secretary in the insurance business and was of the Jewish faith. She is survived by her son, Philip (Diane) Grayber of Lake Placid; daughters, Linda Morgenstern of Asheville, North Carolina and Ellen (Leonard) Sander, New York; brother, Harold Hirschlag of New York; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
