1/7/1944 - 11/19/2024 Born in Brooklyn New York, Died in Tampa Florida
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Estelle Harriet Grobman Aragona, who left us on 11/19/2024. She was a woman whose kindness, love, and compassion touched the lives of all who knew her. Known for her generous spirit and the warmth she radiated, Mom was a pillar of strength, a beacon of love, and the glue that held our family together.
Mom was not just a mother; she was our best friend, our confidant, and a source of unwavering support. Her heart was as big as the world itself, always open to those in need, and she had an incredible gift for making everyone feel cherished and valued. She had an innate ability to listen, to care deeply, and to show love in both big and small ways. The kindness she gave will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was the epitome of grace and thoughtfulness, always putting others before herself and treating everyone with fairness and respect. Her love was unconditional, and she never hesitated to make us feel accepted and loved no matter the circumstances. The world will never be the same without her, and the void she leaves in our lives is immeasurable.
Estelle Aragona is survived by her loving husband, Donald Anderson, and his children, Lisa Anderson (and her beloved Andrew Gallaher), Donnie Anderson (and his beloved Melanie Bruce and his daughter, Morgan Anderson and her husband Nick Zumbo), and Tamara Friend (and her two children, Amber Friend and Ashley Friend). She is also survived by her three sons: Ronald Aragona (and his two children Issa Aragona and Evie Aragona), and Jason Aragona (and his wife Therese Aragona), as well as her son Bradford Aragona (and his wife Jennifer Aragona), her sister, Iris Folkson (son Jan Folkson (and his daughter Elora Folkson) and son Sean Folkson (and his sons Benjamin Folkson and Nicolas Folkson)), and her brother, Bernard Grobman.
Though she is no longer with us, her legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to guide and inspire us every day. We are truly blessed to have had her as our mother and best friend. Rest in God’s loving peace, Mom. You will forever be in our hearts.
