Ernestine O'Gorman

Ernestine O'Gorman, age 78 passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013 in Sebring, Florida. Mrs. O'Gorman was born in in Germany on March 16, 1935 to Andreas and Irmgard (Artmair) Gruber. Mrs. O'Gorman was the Manager of Nu-Hope Thrift Shop of Lake Placid, of the Catholic faith; she enjoyed gardening and being outdoors. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She also loved her dog, Chauney and her cat, Kitty. Mrs. O'Gorman is survived by her children-Joanne Johnson (Jan) of Avon Park, Florida, Suzanne Harris of New Jersey and Robert Norsek of New York; step-children-Keith O'Gorman of New York and Tara Garner of Texas; sister-Michelle; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Visitation will be held Friday, April 5, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park; funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. also at the funeral home with Father Nick McLoughlin officiating.
