Ernestine M Foster

Ernestine M. Foster, age 95, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023 in Ocoee, Florida. She was born on August 5, 1927 in Eagle Lake, Florida and raised by her late parents, Blossie Mae and Reginald Garrett. Ernestine married George Frederick Foster and due to his career moved around the country to finally settle In Central Florida. She was a homemaker and took great interest in her children’s upbringing and education. Ernestine made sure her sons attended church regularly and believed it was necessary to equip them with a good moral and spiritual foundation.

Ernestine is survived by her children: Timothy C. Foster of E. Liverpool, Ohio; John F. Foster of Orlando, Florida; Paul A. Foster of Casselberry, Florida; Christopher O. Foster of Mount Dora, FL; and her grandchildren: Thomas L. Foster, Edgewater, FL; Caroline S. Foster, Port Saint Lucie, FL; and Courtney R. Foster, Richmond, VA.

Ernestine was preceded in death by her husband: George Frederick Foster. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Bougainvillea Cemetery in Avon Park, FL.
