Erma Jean Wittenberg, age 83, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017 in Sebring, Florida. Erma was born in Equality, IL and had been a resident of Sebring, Florida since 1979. She was a member of the American Legion, VFW and 40/8 Cabane 899. Erma is survived by her husband - Donald Wittenberg of Sebring, FL; children- Sandra McKencie of Sebring, FL; Greg Karns of Sebring, FL and many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Sebring at 2:00 pm with visitation beginning at 1:30 pm. Burial will take place at Sarasota National Cemetery at a later date.
