Enid Tozer, 44, passed away on May 18, 2020 in Sebring, FL. She was born on May 6, 1976 in Puerto Rico, the daughter of Israel Francisco and Carmen (Valle) Francisco. Enid had been a resident of Highlands County for 20 years. She was of Catholic faith and had a love for music. She is survived by her loving children – Michael and Nellie; siblings – Wendr, Edwin and Freddie Francisco. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Stan Tozer.
