EMMA JANE SHIELDS Emma Jane Shields, 91, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2011, in Sebring. She was born September 7, 1919, to Archie and Thelma (Dozer) Maxwell, in Cannelville, Ohio, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1980, coming from Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of Heartland Christian Church in Sebring. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Fritz Shields and is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Roger Russell of Sebring; brother, Robert Maxwell of Titusville, Florida; sister, Joan Bates of Glendale, Arizona; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Memorial Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 17, 2011, at Heartland Christian Church in Sebring, with Pastor Ted Moore officiating.
