Ella Mae Manuel, age 94, of Lake Placid, Florida, passed away Friday, August 30, 2013, in Lake Placid. She was born March 26, 1919, to Harvey and Bessie (Pritch) Baily in Indianapolis, Indiana and had been a resident of Lake Placid since 1987, coming from Indianapolis. She had been employed as a Township Assessor by Town Government. She is survived by a daughter, Sandra (Robert) Price and a son, Dale Hertweck, all of Sebring; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild and four great-great-grandchildren.
