Elizabeth "Ann" O'Neal

Elizabeth Ann O’Neal passed away on Friday January 5, 2024 in Sebring, Florida at the age of 90. The daughter of Judge Drew and Betty Lee (Griffiths) Bearrentine. She was born on November 8, 1933 in Connersville, Florida. Elizabeth worked as a deed clerk for the Highlands County Property Appraisers office, was a member of Lorida Baptist Church, and has been a resident of Sebring since 1956, having come from Connersville, Florida. Her hobbies included travel, reading and volunteer work. She was fully active in her children’s activities. She was a member of the Cattle Women’s Association, Future Farmers of America, Board of Directors for Highlands County Farm Bureau Association, a 4-H leader, and Secretary for Florida High School Rodeo. Elizabeth is survived by her loving children – Andy O’Neal of Reagan, TX; Jane Hinote (Kenny) of Lorida, FL; Lyn Clair (Jeff) of St. Cloud, FL. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home on Thursday, January 11, 2024.  Funeral Services will be at 10:30 on Friday, January 12, 2024 at Lorida Baptist Church. Burial to take place immediately following the service in Basinger Cemetery.
