Eleanor M. Stone

Eleanor M. Stone, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 in Sebring, Florida. She was born on October 12, 1929 in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania to the late Paul and Agnes (Chorzempa) Swies. Eleanor moved to Sebring in 1990 from Jackson, New Jersey and was of the Catholic Faith. She was a great cook and baking was her expertise. She loved laying by the pool and playing games on her tablet. She loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed. Survivors include her husband: George Stone; daughter: Sandra Borras; grandchildren: Robert V. Kramer. USAF, Brittany Kramer and Tarai Ann Kramer; great-grandchildren: Ella Grace Kramer and Brooklyn Avery Mosby; sister: Helen Skiba; and many nieces and nephews. Along with her parents Eleanor was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers. There will be a memorial service on Thursday, April 6, 2017, 2:00 pm, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring with W. Mike Adams officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:30pm.
