Eleanor H. Sayre

Eleanor H. Sayre, age 102, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in Sebring, Florida.  She was born on September 3, 1915 in Bremen, Ohio to the late John and Della (Steward) Olive.  She had been a resident for 30 years coming from North Haven, Connecticut and attended St. John’s Methodist Church.  She was a member of bridge clubs and she loved her family and friends.  She is survived by her children: John “Jack” Sayre (Elizabeth); Michael Sayre (Susan); Christina Streeter (Robert); grandchildren: Michael D. Sayre; Matthew J. Sayre; Timothy J. Sayre; Jonathan Sayre (Greer); Melissa Simms (Paul); Michelle Phillips (Gordon); Stacy Brown (Dave); Kerri Bastien (Bruce); Bradley D. Hyra; Mitchell Hyra (Sandra) and 13 great-grandchildren.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Sayre.
