Elaine Peralta

Elaine Peralta, age 70, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2013 at her home. She was born August 24, 1943, to Vennis and Edith (Morris) Mears in Hollywood, Florida, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1975, coming from Hollywood. She was a cashier for CVS and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed crafts, woodworking, painting and gardening. She is survived by her sister, Brenda Howell of North Carolina and many nieces and nephews and was preceded in death by her sister Ramelle Youngman and brother, Al Mears. Interment of cremains will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 4, 2013, at the Venus Cemetery.
