Edward George Holland

EDWARD GEORGE HOLLAND Edward George Holland, 90 of Sebring, Florida, passed away Friday, November 25, 2011, in Sebring. He was born October 3, 1921, to Enoch and Margaret (Brown) Holland in Midway, Pennsylvania, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1978, coming from Pennsylvania. He was employed in the steel manufacturing industry as a factory worker and was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed hunting and the outdoors, traveling and spending time with his family and was of the Methodist faith. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Holland of Sebring; son, Edward George (Barbara) Holland, Jr., of Oakton, VA; two grandchildren, Suzanne Uhl and Carolyn Iguchi and six great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to Good Shepherd Hospice, 1110 Hammock Rd., Sebring, FL 33870.
